We charge professional fees that reflect the time, expertise, and intention we devote to every journey. Our role goes far beyond planning; we manage the unexpected, navigate ever-evolving industry landscapes, and serve as your dedicated advocate from start to finish.

Yachts & Cruises

Set sail in style with luxury cruises and private yacht charters. Through our exclusive partners you’ll enjoy privileged perks and amenities unavailable to the public. This includes three cruise quotes, private transfer arrangement, and pre and post cruise support.

Hotel and Cruise Bookings: Complimentary

We do not charge booking fees for processing hotel or cruise bookings when the dates, destination, hotel or cruise, and room type are specified. This service does not include concierge services or destination research. We reserve the right to charge professional fees in the following cases: 

  • Cancelation/Change Fee: $50 fee, per room reservation
  • This fee applies in the event you request to cancel or postpone your trip 
  • Last Minute Booking: $50 fee, per room reservation
  • This fee applies to trip inquiries received within 14 days of travel  
  • This fee does not apply if you use our booking tool
  • Group Booking: $50 fee, per room
  • Applies to trip inquiries requesting 4 or more rooms

Itinerary Design: $400

Itinerary Design is for trips that call for a fully curated itinerary and a highly personalized travel experience.  This service begins with a complimentary consultation call. Itinerary design requires a minimum $400 project initiation fee, which is to be paid at the time of a signed Letter of Engagement.  Itinerary Design includes one destination, up to seven travel days, and three rounds of revisions to your itinerary. We reserve the right to charge professional fees in the following cases: 

  • Net-based Pricing: 15% Commission Fee 
  • Whenever possible, we request NET prices from our suppliers (non-commissionable, with no mark-ups) and charge a separate professional fee of 15% of the total net cost of the itinerary. This model ensures transparency and trust, principles we consider essential to a successful client–advisor relationship. While many advisors include their compensation within the overall trip cost without disclosure, we choose to outline our fees clearly, reflecting the value of our experience and expertise.
  • Multi-Destination: $200 fee, per destination 
  • Extended-Stay: $300 fee per additional seven days of travel
  • Last Minute Booking: $300 fee
  • This fee applies to projects initiated within 90 days of travel
  • Cancel/Change Fee: $350 fee, per person
  • This fee applies in the event you request to cancel or postpone your trip 
  • Specialty Trips
  • Fees will be discussed on a case-by-case basis for specialty trips, including private yachts, “around-the-world” itineraries, private jet experiences, or similar specialty trips.

Annual Membership – The Luxterra Club 

An annual membership fees for the Luxtera Club will be assessed in our sole discretion. 

Additional Offerings 

Hotel Research and Booking: $150

This service is best for those unfamiliar with our preferred hotels in a particular location or who want to compare multiple destinations. After a complimentary consultation call, we will take into account your preferences and budget to provide a proposal with 3 options. 

Cruise Research and Booking: $300 per cabin 

After a complimentary consultation call, we will provide three cruise quotes, airfare coordination, transfers, and pre and post cruise support. 

Concierge Services: $150 per hour 

Concierge Services can be added to any package and cover details like dining reservations, spa appointments, tee-times, transfers, and more. 

Air Travel Services: Inquire Directly 

We work with a third-party air desk to coordinate air travel services that charge ticketing fees when applicable. 

We also have relationships with private air providers, please inquire directly for details.
