For each hotel, resort, and villa, we identify the best program, whether it be booking through Virtuoso or the hotel’s preferred program to ensure you’re getting the best amenities for your stay. These often include daily breakfast for two, resort credit, room upgrades (based upon availability), early check in/late check out (based upon availability), VIP Status.

Question: Does booking with you cost more?
Our rates will reflect what is on the hotel, resort or villa’s website with added value amenities and benefits.
If this service is complimentary, how are you paid?
Our commission is paid directly through the hotel.
Does this include concierge services?
We will introduce you to our trusted concierge partners at the hotel, resort or villa to book your transfers, dining reservations, and spa treatments. Luxterra Travel’s personal concierge service is available at a billable rate of $100 per hour.
Can I book using points?
We are not able to make your hotel bookings with points as the points are in your name and require that we are the advisor on your hotel reservation to work together.
Are you able to book Air BnB?
At this time we do not work with Air BnB due to the lack of quality assurance. We only work with vetted, private home partners to ensure that the home, villa or apartment meets our standards and expectations.
Do you provide trip insurance?
We strongly recommend trip insurance to protect your investment and can provide a quote upon request
What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
