Yes – we can do what is called a take over booking, meaning we will reach out to the hotel property to extend our amenities and ensure you get the VIP treatment. We are unable to assist with stays booked on points or rates through a third-party booking site (Amex or Expedia). Fill out a trip assessment form and we’ll be in touch.
It takes about seven to ten business days for us to complete a first draft proposal of your itinerary after your in depth discovery call. This delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like a surge in requests for us and our travel partners. We will be both timely and frequent in our communications so you know what to expect.
We understand that for some trips you may be wanting more space but we do not work with AirBnB or VRBO as we can’t guarantee the property will meet our standards. We only work with vetted, private home partners and resort residences to ensure you’ll end up at a property that you’ll enjoy.
Credit card points are personally tied to your name and account so we require these reservations to be made directly by you. If you’d like Luxterra Travels’ personal assistance with designing an itinerary only trip, we can provide this concierge service at a $100 per hour rate
Yes, we have access to an air desk who can provide flight reservations for all classes. Many of our tour suppliers can provide internal country flights as well.
We always provide our clients with a quote for trip insurance once booked to ensure your investment is protected.
